Our small class sizes (maximum of 4 students per class with 3 instructors) all benefit from our qualified instruction. These highly trained educators have gone through extensive training and are fully versed in our unique SwimKids techniques. This commitment to individual lesson plans enables students to be in the water learning for the full 30 minute class. Progression of skills happens differently for each swimmer and your involvement as a parent is just as important to us. Weekly updates, progress reports and awards keep everyone on the same page and moving forward.
Included in your child’s swim lesson fee are ‘Play Sessions’. This is a time for the student and parent/caregiver to enjoy our pool together. An instructor is available to assist with skills and answer questions. We offer 4 – 5, ½ hour sessions each week. Space is limited so please sign up (on the bulletin board) to reserve your spot for these sessions. Please note, our ‘Play Sessions’ are not offered during the summer as swimmers attend on a daily basis.
SWIMKIDS BEGINNER LEVEL 1 & 2 This specialized program allows young swimmers to progress through the program based on their individual needs and abilities. RED CROSS SWIM KIDS LEVEL 1 - 10 Swim Kids is a 10 level program that will teach children to stay safe in, on, and around the water. With each level of the Swim Kids program, your child will increase their swimming and water safety skills. Classes are 30 minutes in length and are offered year round. ADVANCED LEVEL 1 & 2 Our advanced programs offer competitive swim skills while enhancing proper stroke technique and building endurance. Classes are 30 minutes in length and are offered year round. See below for our seasonal session dates.
PRE-COMPETITIVE SWIM CLUB Learn all of the skills & strokes to compete! Classes are 1 hour in length and are offered year round.
Swimming with your child is a wonderful experience with many benefits. It’s a great way to enhance the bond between you, and it allows them the freedom to move in a completely different way than they normally can. The exercise helps their developing muscles and improves their flexibility and stamina.
This program promotes a gentle and fun atmosphere that will encourage a confident attitude toward swimming. Children can start as early as 6 months of age. Classes are 30 minutes in length and are offered during the Spring Session (March 18 - June 16, 2013), Fall Session (September 9 - December 8, 2013), and Winter Session (January 6 - March 7, 2014)
Aquafit offers an amazing low-impact, head-to-toe workout for all fitness levels. It’s also great for people who are recuperating from knee or other injuries. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed. Join us for a class and meet new friends. Classes are 1 hour in length.
This program allows people with different types of arthritis to step into our warm pool where they're led through a series of exercises that are gentle enough to perform without strain. The combination of warm water and motion gives many people afflicted with joint disease a reprieve from chronic pain and stiffness. It makes them stronger and more agile and allows them to move without further damaging their joints. Classes are 1 hour in length.

Looking for birthday party ideas or just need some play time? Call today to book our pool. Your rental includes a Lifeguard, use of our equipment, toys and stereo. Children 10 years of age and under require adult supervision in the pool. As with all of our programs we put safety first and therefore limit our pool rental time to a maximum of 10 children.
