Frequently Asked Questions

 How Many Students Per Teacher?
There are up to four students and four instructors per class. Each student having a private lesson with their instructor.

What Should I Bring To The Pool?
Swimmers will need a swim suit, towel and goggles (goggles are available for purchase at our facility or you can borrow a pair!).  For children not yet toilet trained, they must wear plastic pants or “Little Swimmers®”.  Both of our change rooms are equipped with showers and washrooms; however you will need to bring your own hairdryer.

Payment Options?
We accept credit card (VISA or Mastercard), cash, or cheque.

Do You Offer Private Lessons?
Yes.  Private Lessons are ideal for adults, children with special needs and for those who are nervous around water.   

Make-up Lessons?
Unfortunately Swim Kids cannot offer make-up lessons as we have such a large clientele.

How Do I Register?
Registration can be done in person, over the phone or through email.  Your registration is confirmed only upon completion of the registration form and through pre-payment of your desired program.  Due to the high demand for our programs we simply cannot guarantee your registration without payment.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
Refunds (less $20 registration fee per student) will be issued provided that we receive 2 weeks notice prior to the start of the session.
